Acceptable Use and Messaging
Consent, opt-out and prohibited uses on WhatsApp and the platform.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to every business and user of Simple Restaurant, operated by Isa Pankei Group, SRL through its Simple Solutions division. It complements the Terms of Service and the policies of the integrated platforms.
2. Compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policies
By connecting a WhatsApp Business account, the business undertakes to comply at all times with the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Terms. Non-compliance may result in number limitations, account suspension by Meta, or termination of the service.
3. Consent (opt-in)
The business must obtain the recipient's consent before initiating a WhatsApp conversation. Consent must be:
- Explicit: the customer clearly indicates they want to receive messages.
- Informed: they are told which business will write and about what topics.
- Documented: the business keeps evidence of when and how it was obtained.
Messages outside the 24-hour service window must use Meta-approved templates under the correct category (utility, authentication or marketing).
4. Opt-out
Every opt-out request must be honored immediately. The business must offer a simple way to stop receiving messages and respect that preference across its channels. Our platform records opt-outs and blocks campaign sends to contacts who requested them.
5. Prohibited uses
Simple Restaurant may not be used to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or communications to purchased lists.
- Distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, violent or discriminatory content.
- Market products or services restricted by Meta's policies (drugs, weapons, tobacco, regulated supplements, unauthorized gambling, among others).
- Impersonate another person, business or brand.
- Collect personal data without a legal basis or for purposes other than those disclosed.
- Access another business's data, probe the infrastructure or bypass security controls.
- Resell, sublicense or expose the platform to third parties without written authorization.
- Automate message sending at a volume that degrades the service for other customers.
6. Content and business responsibility
The business is solely responsible for the content it sends, the accuracy of its menu and prices, order fulfillment and customer service. Isa Pankei Group, SRL provides the technical tool and does not take part in the commercial relationship between the business and its customers.
7. Use of automation and artificial intelligence
- Automated replies must be identified as such when the customer asks.
- The business must offer a path to a human agent when the case requires it.
- Automations must not be used to impersonate a human for deceptive purposes.
8. Consequences of non-compliance
Depending on severity, we may require correction within a set deadline, limit sending features, suspend access temporarily, or terminate the contract. Where there is imminent risk to security, to other customers or to compliance with Meta's policies, we may act immediately and notify afterwards.
9. Reporting
To report misuse of the platform, write to hola@waffledo.com with the subject "Simple Restaurant abuse report", stating the business involved and the available evidence.
