Isa Pankei Group, SRL is the legal entity behind this website and the services described on it. Through its business solutions division Simple Solutions, Isa Pankei Group builds and operates software and communication tools for restaurants and other businesses.

Simple Restaurant is one of the platforms offered by Simple Solutions. It is not a separate company: it is a commercial product of the Simple Solutions division of Isa Pankei Group, SRL.

2. Corporate structure

All legal, tax and verification documentation corresponds to Isa Pankei Group, SRL. The trade names "Simple Solutions" and "Simple Restaurant" identify the division and the product, not separate legal entities.

Isa Pankei Group, through Simple Solutions, acts as a technology provider for businesses using the WhatsApp Business Platform. Each business customer explicitly authorizes the connection of its own WhatsApp Business account and retains ownership of its data and conversations.

Platform data is used only to provide the services requested by our customers. We do not sell it or use it for advertising purposes unrelated to the service. See the details in our Privacy Policy and in our Data Processing document.
